We were in a brilliant location not very far from a victorian pier. Actually the room was immaculate and bright with milk, a mini fridge, for instance. The breakfast offered a good choice of gorgeous meals.

All in all, it was unique base for travelling to Filey. The staff was great, rooms were immaculate and bright. Brilliant central location next to Bridlington, a nice sized park and the beach and shops. A cool bonus was Captain Will's, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.
Shame the bathroom was a little cramped.
